Return Policy

At House of Wags, every order is packed with care. Our aim is simple: what arrives at your door is exactly what we'd want arriving at ours.

Because we hold that standard seriously, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. This isn't a loophole, it's a hygiene commitment. Our products are made for dogs, and once a toy has been with one dog, it cannot safely be passed to another. We trust you understand and appreciate why we hold this standard.

That said, if something goes wrong on our end, and you receive a damaged, defected or incorrect item, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong product, contact us at hello@houseofwags.in within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order ID or proof of purchase

  • A clear unboxing video or photographs showing the issue

  • A brief description of what you received and what the problem is

Once we've reviewed your submission, we'll confirm next steps within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the issue, we'll either dispatch a replacement or process a refund.

Items reported after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Products damaged after delivery due to use, chewing, or wear

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, write to us and we'll let you know.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at hello@houseofwags.in with your order ID.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you've received a wrong or defective item, we'll ship the correct one once your claim is reviewed — no separate purchase required.

Raising a return or claim

To begin the process, email us at hello@houseofwags.in with your order ID and details of the issue. Do not send any items back without first hearing from us. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
