Shipping Policy

Our goal is to bring every order to you and your doggo on time and in perfect condition.

We ensure your orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. We currently deliver in the all major cities in India, and you can expect your hamper to arrive within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please note, orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Government Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/whatsapp/SMS. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time through the portal of our shipping partner.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the shipment being returned to us, in which case re-shipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging, please record/photograph it before opening and notify us at hello@houseofwags.in within 48 hours of delivery. Refer to our Return Policy for next steps.
