House of Wags is a brand owned and operated by Partika Enterprises, having its office at 201/202 Tulsi Dham, SV Road, Vile Parle West, Mumbai - 400056, Maharashtra, India (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). We operate houseofwags.in (the "Platform") through which we facilitate the sale of dog enrichment products and accessories to our customers (referred to as "you" or "your").

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Platform or placing an order. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Partika Enterprises with respect to your use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Use of this Platform is available only to persons who are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act — including minors under the age of 18, undischarged insolvents, and persons of unsound mind — are not eligible to use this Platform or make purchases on it.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are a resident of India, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity and to bind it to these obligations.

2. Account

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform or to complete a purchase. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and must update it promptly if any details change. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach, please notify us immediately at hello@houseofwags.in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we have reason to suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products

We make every effort to represent our products accurately through descriptions, photography, and specifications on the Platform. However, please note that:

  • Colours and product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on screen, depending on your device settings
  • Natural materials such as rope and fabric will have slight variation in texture and colour between individual items — this is inherent to the material and not a defect
  • Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or restrict availability by region at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order on the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase. No contract exists between us until we confirm acceptance of your order, which we do by sending you an order confirmation email with an order ID.

We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion. Circumstances that may result in an order being declined include — but are not limited to — stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. If we decline or cancel your order after payment has been collected, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — however, our Refund Policy applies if something is wrong upon delivery.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable GST is included in the displayed price. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time of placement, as shown in your order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store your payment or card information. We currently accept prepaid orders only — cash on delivery is not available.

You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that the associated charges will be honoured.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to contact you with the correct price and allow you to confirm or withdraw your order.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your purchases, including GST. Applicable taxes will be reflected on your invoice.

7. Shipping and delivery

All shipping and delivery information is detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our logistics partner, NimbusPost, or any event outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, photography, product descriptions, brand assets, logos, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of Partika Enterprises (House of Wags) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

The House of Wags name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Partika Enterprises. You may not use them without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited uses

You may access and use the Platform for lawful purposes only. The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content on the Platform without authorization
  • Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
  • Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data extraction methods to access or interact with the Platform
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
  • Posting or transmitting unsolicited promotional content or spam
  • Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any person or entity
  • Any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or restricts the use of the Platform by others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Third-party links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by us. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies independently.

11. Relationship with Shopify

The Platform is built on and powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly between you and Partika Enterprises (House of Wags). Shopify is not a party to any transaction on the Platform and is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, including product quality, delivery, or any injury or loss arising from products bought through the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify bears no liability for your transactions with House of Wags.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13. Feedback and reviews

If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content to us — whether through the Platform, email, or otherwise — you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform and our products.

You represent that any feedback or review you submit is honest, accurate, and based on your genuine experience. You may not submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Errors and inaccuracies

We take care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Platform, but typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotional details. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update information or cancel orders where information is found to be inaccurate, without prior notice and at any time — including after an order has been placed. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, a full refund will be issued.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all products offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partika Enterprises, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, loss of data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partika Enterprises, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your use of the Platform.

18. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

19. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

22. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, any complaints or concerns regarding the Platform, its content, or these Terms may be directed to our Grievance Officer:
