Each box is a curated kit of durable and interactive toys for different types of play styles. Every toy is handpicked for city dogs who need more than just a 30-minute walk.
Are these toys safe?
Every toy is 100% chew-safe and made from non-toxic, pet-grade materials. Our goal is to make playtime safe, so no synthetic fillers or harmful dyes - just happy wags.
Do you ship all over India?
Currently, we're shipping to all major cities in India. In case you're wondering if we deliver to your pin code, feel free to drop us an email at hello@houseofwags.in. We'll find a way to bring our box to your door step.
How long does delivery take?
We pack and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link the moment your box is dispatched so you know exactly where it is.
Can I buy an individual toy and not the box?
The boxes are how we do things. Our curated kits are designed to give your dog a healthy and happy playing experience, and not just one toy.
Can I return my box?
We don't accept returns on opened boxes for hygiene reasons. However if your box arrives damaged, defective or a toy is missing, we've got you. Email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll review the request and find a resolution. Please read our Return Policy for more information.
