How long does delivery take?

Can I buy an individual toy and not the box?

The boxes are how we do things. Our curated kits are designed to give your dog a healthy and happy playing experience, and not just one toy.
Can I return my box?

We don't accept returns on opened boxes for hygiene reasons. However if your box arrives damaged, defective or a toy is missing, we've got you. Email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll review the request and find a resolution. Please read our Return Policy for more information.
